Our service is guided by four principles

Mature, experienced & career-oriented concierge

We employ only concierge who are career-driven to be the best they can be, placing value on their own performance and taking their roles and responsibilities seriously. For this reason, we refuse to employ those merely seeking to fill a temporary gap in their employment or studies, meaning no Australian or overseas students at MCS. We do not and will not use subcontract concierge, which puts us in total control of the quality we provide.

Communication is key

It’s the backbone of everything a concierge does, therefor it’s a requirement that all MCS staff possess the skills to communicate professionally and effectively. For the majority of our staff English is their first language, as we only employ Australian citizens or permanent residents.

Concierge specifically tailored to your needs

That means that any specific requirements unique to your site will be catered for, even if it requires extra training and up-skilling. For instance, construction sites may require qualifications in traffic control, OH&S and red cards. The aged care and disability sector may require food handling and safe manual lifting. All our staff are police-cleared, carry a security licence, and are first-aid trained. We’ll always provide you with concierge profiles detailing experience, qualifications, police checks, and a photo, for you to approve their suitability before undergoing a thorough induction to your site.

By providing you with staff specifically and uniquely targeted to your needs means that over 90% of the concierge you meet on your site will be there for the long-term.

Unexpected situations can arise, and our strong contingency measures ensure the maintained smooth operation of your site if they do. A back-up concierge is always prepared for all shifts, and our thoroughly documented processes means all activities can be covered at short notice if required.
